Hastings Racecourse
Well, it’s official, they’re off!
Went to the racetrack today, and once again, the best $20 bucks I have spent in a long time. I don’t particularly like gambling, but I do love the track!
The sunshine, the smell of the horses, the roar of the crowd, it brings back memories of my Dad taking me to the track in Toronto when I was a kid. Every weekend, we would go to  the track, and he would win, or not, but I would have a blast. I even went to the Queens Plate and saw the Queen, Prince Phillip and Andrew, all much better looking in person!
Anyway, if you are looking for some cheap (as long as you aren’t nuts with your money) entertainment, check it out.
