Yes, I am one of them. I start shopping around December 17 or so. There is a good reason for this, in that years ago I had all of my shopping done before Dec. 1! I was estatic! Then the sales started, and I forgot what I had bought, and I bought more, and more, until the week before Christmas we decided to take stock, and we had spent over $2,000 on the Christmas presents. That really shook us up, because we certainly couldn’t afford it, plus, in a way the overspending was rather gross. Anyway, now that the kids are older, it’s not like it used to be, they have everything they want, and if they don’t already have it, they make more money than I do. Soooo.
